Welcome to Community Farm Connection, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that supports sustainable agriculture, small diversified farms and our communities.

We create opportunities for local farmers, growers and food producers from all over North Central Washington to connect with people who want to buy and eat more locally grown produce and handmade food.

AsparagusVegetables17 season is almost here!  We think the best asparagus around is grown by Amado Becerra of Becerra Gardens, just south of Quincy.  We'll let you know where you can find his asparagus in the Greater Wenatchee area when it's ready to be harvested.

Our doors at "The Farmhouse Table" will open Tuesday, May 27, 2008 and we'll
be handing out the first spring CSA shares on Wednesday.  If this cold weather ever comes to an end, we be selling locally grown spring produce like lettuce, peas, spring onions, rhubarb, berries, chard and spinach, asparagus, radishes, cabbage, baby beets and carrots, herbs and sweet cherries. Stop by for some delicious treats at our
Grand Opening, Wednesday - Friday, May 28, 29 and 30.

If you are interested in becoming a CSA subscriber this season, and want to get a weekly bag or box of the freshest local produce around, there is still time to sign up.  Download the information from our CSA page and send it in soon.  You can call or email us, if you like, and we'll mail the CSA information to you.

Delivery is always available, but it will be more fun to pick up your share of the bounty at our shop on Mission Street.  Don't forget that we are now offering shares of fresh cut flowers, handmade bread from Pretiola Natural Bakery and farm fresh eggs.

We are always looking for new people interested in supporting local food and our local farmers.  You can volunteer some time, help with produce delivery, or get a group of friends together once a week for a day of organic gardening up in the beautiful Chumstick Valley (one of our organic farmers is going to be very pregnant this summer and needs a little help).  Any financial contribution you make is completely tax-deductible and will be used to continue developing programs and ideas that put money back in our farmer's pockets and keep them on their land.  Please mail donations to:
