Farmhouse Table has Moved to 10 N. Mission Street

Stop by anytime, Tuesday through Saturday, to check out our beautiful new building and shop at 10 N. Mission Street.  The renovation is finished and the shop is full of delicious fresh fruits, vegetables, honey, grains, salsas, artisan cheeses, hand-baked bread and goodies, granola, herbs, preserves, jams, sauces and pasture-finished meats.  Staff offices are packed cozily in the back and we're sharing our tiny little bathroom with IRIS staff upstairs. 

Crown "S" Pasture-Finished Meat Now Available

We are so happy to be able to offer organic, pasture-finished beef and pork from the Crown "S" Ranch in Winthrop.  Customers can stop by Farmhouse Table Produce to pick up individual cuts to try or sign up for a full meat CSA share with Crown "S".  It's summer and the grilling opportunities are endless.

CSA Shares Still Available for Summer
With our energetic new CSA Coordinator Mike and his crew of volunteers working like a well-oiled machine, we are now able to fill up to 200 CSA shares for the 2009 season.  Currently, we're only packing 130 shares every week, so there are still spaces available just in time for the delicious fruits and vegetables of summer.  Contact Mike through the CSA page if you're interested.

Farm Dinners Starting Up
Chefs Amy Simonson and Tony Davis of The Seasonal Kitchen are working to host beautiful on-site farm dinners this summer at The Sunshine Farm in Chelan and Tierra Garden in the Chumstick Valley near Leavenworth.  Contact amy@communityfarmconnection.org for more details.

Milk and Cheese Available

Good Shepherd Farm is making goat's milk cheese this spring for the first time.  Check it out at Farmhouse Table Produce.  Manager Kim Lohse is also offering delicious handmade artisan cheeses from Alpine Lakes Sheep Cheese in Peshastin, Larkhaven Homestead Cheeses in Tonasket, as well as cheesemakers from Omak and the Methow Valley.  Call Kim at 509.433.4331 if you'd like to order.
